BIDGO facilitates PayPal-based checkout, and the payment remains protected within the PayPal payment flow until the platform receives the delivery or pickup confirmation required by the transaction flow. BIDGO may deduct a disclosed 10% platform fee and any delivery-related charges before instructing payout release to the seller.
Buyers have the confirmation window shown in the order flow to confirm delivery or report a problem. If the order is not disputed within the applicable window, BIDGO may auto-complete the order and continue with payout release according to platform rules.
A buyer may open a dispute within the product or order timeline if the item is not received, significantly different from the listing, materially damaged, or subject to another covered marketplace issue. Disputes opened after the applicable platform deadline may be rejected.
BIDGO administrators review disputes using the evidence available in the order, message history, uploaded proof, and delivery status. While a dispute is open, payout release, cancellation, and buyer or seller delivery confirmation remain frozen. Resolution outcomes may include refund to buyer, partial refund where supported, cancellation reversal where legally required, or release of held funds to the seller after an explicit admin decision and processor validation.
Refunds are processed back through the original payment method where the payment processor allows it. Processing time depends on the external payment provider and compliance review requirements.
The platform fee is 10% of the listing price unless BIDGO displays a different fee in a specific checkout disclosure, and any delivery-related charges are disclosed during checkout. If a refund is issued, fee treatment depends on the transaction state, the dispute outcome, and processor-level reversal rules.
In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), buyers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the date of the transaction, whichever is later), provided the product has not been used, damaged, or had its packaging opened in a way that prevents resale. Cancellations within this statutory period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 (one hundred Israeli new shekels), whichever is lower, as permitted by law. Beyond the statutory right, cancellations are only available in the order states allowed by the platform flow. Once delivery or pickup has materially progressed beyond the cooling-off window, cancellation may be blocked or may require dispute handling instead. Buyer-initiated cancellations without documented cause may retain a 5% cancellation charge based on the listing price. If the buyer can document a valid reason, BIDGO may review evidence sent to disputes@bidgo.me or payments@bidgo.me and may reverse that retained cancellation charge. Repeated abusive cancellations may affect trust and enforcement status.
All prices displayed on BIDGO are the total amounts set by the seller and payable by the buyer. Sellers are independently responsible for compliance with any applicable tax obligations, including VAT (מע"ם) reporting and remittance as required under Israeli tax law. BIDGO does not collect or remit VAT on behalf of users.
