Trust flow
BIDGO is built to make local marketplace trust visible before money moves. The platform verifies sellers, facilitates PayPal checkout, monitors order state, and delays seller payout until the transaction conditions are satisfied.
Before a seller can publish listings, BIDGO requires account registration, contact verification, and identity approval. PayPal payout onboarding can be completed later, before the seller accepts a buyer offer.
Listings surface rating history, location-aware discovery, delivery options, and protected checkout messaging so buyers understand the seller profile and transaction path before paying.
When a buyer pays, BIDGO creates the checkout flow, receives payment status from the backend, and tracks the transaction timeline. Buyer total, delivery cost, 10% platform fee, and seller net are separated in the transaction model.
BIDGO does not immediately release seller funds. Delivery confirmation, pickup confirmation, or the applicable auto-complete rule must be satisfied first. If a dispute opens in time, payout release stays blocked until resolution.
If something goes wrong, BIDGO uses message history, uploaded proof, delivery status, payment state, and risk controls to determine whether funds should be refunded, held longer, or released to the seller.
