BIDGO is a moderated marketplace operated by AInside. You may not use the platform in a way that creates legal, payment, fraud, safety, regulatory, intellectual-property, or community risk for other users or for BIDGO.
You may not list illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit goods, recalled or unsafe products, weapons where prohibited, regulated items without all required authorizations, or any item that infringes a third party trademark, copyright, patent, design, publicity, or other right.
You may not misuse checkout, dispute, refund, payout, or delivery-confirmation tools to obtain funds dishonestly, reverse legitimate transactions, bypass platform fees, or move a transaction off-platform after using BIDGO to source the buyer or seller.
You may not impersonate another person, use false identity documents, evade verification, create duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, or attempt to regain access after suspension without written permission from BIDGO.
You may not harass, threaten, defraud, spam, discriminate against, or exploit other users. You may not publish doxxing content, collect personal data outside the platform purpose, or pressure users to communicate or pay outside approved workflows where BIDGO requires in-platform handling.
You may not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, automate abusive access to, or otherwise interfere with BIDGO, its APIs, fraud controls, verification flows, or administrative tools except as explicitly permitted in writing.
BIDGO may remove listings, freeze transactions, delay payout release, reject disputes, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve logs and evidence, and report conduct to payment partners or authorities where reasonably necessary to protect the marketplace or comply with law.
