You must truthfully identify whether you sell privately or in the course of a business. Repeated, organized or profit-oriented activity may require professional-seller treatment even if you selected private seller.
List only items you lawfully own or are authorized to sell. Descriptions, condition, defects, model, serial information, provenance and images must be accurate. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, dangerous and prohibited items are forbidden.
A seller acting as a business remains responsible for consumer disclosures, total prices, VAT where applicable, invoices or receipts, warranties, cancellation and other mandatory obligations. Platform text does not transfer those duties away.
The listing price must be genuine. BIDGO displays platform and delivery charges during checkout. Sellers must not avoid fees by moving a sourced transaction off-platform.
Maintain the item in the represented condition, package it safely, cooperate with courier or pickup procedures and preserve proof. Do not mark delivery or pickup complete falsely.
Payout may be delayed or blocked for transaction state, dispute, payment-provider restriction, KYC, fraud, sanctions, high-value review or operational failure. Approval of one review does not override another independent control.
