How BIDGO coordinates PayPal checkout and seller payout without storing card credentials.

PayPal processes payment credentials and provider-side payment operations under its own terms. BIDGO does not store full card credentials.
BIDGO records payment and transaction states, may capture an authorized payment through PayPal, and delays seller payout until platform conditions are satisfied. This is a marketplace control workflow and must not be described as a bank deposit or insured escrow account.
The checkout shows the listing price, delivery charge and applicable platform charges before confirmation. The server is authoritative. Currency and rounding use BIDGO integer minor units.
Payout may be frozen during delivery, dispute, KYC, fraud, sanctions, chargeback, processor restriction or reconciliation. Funds are not released solely because an ambiguous courier creation was reconciled.
Refunds normally return through the original method where supported. A PayPal dispute or card chargeback can follow provider rules independently from BIDGO internal review.
