Why BIDGO may require identity verification and how verification affects marketplace actions.
Last updated: September 12, 2026
Verification may protect publication, purchase, payment creation, capture, delivery dispatch and payout. Triggers may include seller status, value thresholds, cumulative activity, payment method, category or risk signals.
BIDGO evaluates current policy and authoritative transaction state at each protected checkpoint. A previous decision is not a permanent permission.
BIDGO may receive verification status, provider reference, document type and validation result. The identity provider may process document and selfie evidence under its own notice. BIDGO should minimize provider payloads and does not require users to send documents by ordinary email.
Controls may be disabled, audit-only or enforced. Audit-only evaluation must not create actionable human-review work solely because a threshold was crossed.
If verification or manual review blocks an action, BIDGO should provide a stable reason and available remediation without revealing fraud-control details that would undermine security.
