Resolution process
A transparent process for evidence, payout freezes, decisions and escalation.

Typical issues include non-delivery, material mismatch, counterfeit goods, undisclosed damage, unsafe products, payment error or unauthorized transaction activity.
BIDGO may review listings, messages, payment records, delivery events, photographs, receipts, serial numbers and user submissions. Provide only relevant information and do not expose unrelated personal data.
While a dispute is open, payout, cancellation and delivery-confirmation actions may be frozen to protect both parties and preserve the state.
A decision may maintain or reverse a transaction action, issue a full or partial refund where technically and legally supported, release eligible payout, restrict an account or request more evidence. Mandatory law and payment-provider decisions prevail where applicable.
Request reconsideration with new material evidence through the case or disputes@bidgo.me. BIDGO internal review does not remove rights to contact PayPal, a card issuer, regulator, court or other competent authority.
Administrators must act within their authorization, record the decision and avoid self-review. Security, KYC, operational courier review and high-value review remain separate controls.
