Pickup and dropoff are transaction-specific. BIDGO validates addresses server-side and may geocode them for delivery. Users must provide accurate data.
Full home addresses and contact details are restricted until operationally necessary. Users and couriers may use them only to complete the transaction and may not reuse or disclose them.
External couriers provide delivery under provider terms. BIDGO is not the courier. Provider availability, cancellation, timing and liability limitations may apply and are disclosed where known.
Manual BIDGO review is a fraud and security control, not courier insurance. Unless checkout expressly confirms coverage, users must not assume declared-value protection, insurance, OTP, photograph or signature proof.
Tracking and proof data support transaction administration but do not automatically establish item conformity, ownership transfer or final release of every legal right.
A delivery must not be cancelled only locally when a provider order exists. Once pickup occurs, normal cancellation may be blocked and a dispute or return workflow may be required.
