The essential rules for buying safely and understanding which rights apply to a transaction.

Review the item, condition, seller classification, total checkout amount, delivery method and cancellation disclosure. Never pay outside BIDGO when the platform checkout is required.
A private seller sells occasionally outside a business. A professional seller acts in the course of business. Mandatory consumer rights generally depend on this distinction. BIDGO platform protection and PayPal procedures remain separate from statutory rights.
The backend calculates the authoritative total. A price submitted by the browser is not trusted. PayPal processes payment credentials; BIDGO controls transaction workflow and payout eligibility according to the order state and applicable policy.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Inspect the item promptly without compromising evidence. A courier status or technical confirmation does not eliminate a valid legal claim.
Open a dispute promptly if an item is missing, materially different, counterfeit, damaged or unsafe. Preserve the listing, packaging, photos, messages and delivery evidence. Chargeback rights with a payment provider are separate.
Cancellation rights and fees depend on the seller type, item, transaction circumstances and mandatory law. The lower statutory cap of 5% or ₪100 is applied where that statutory regime governs. Defect, mismatch or non-delivery may require no cancellation fee.
