These terms govern access to BIDGO, a marketplace service operated by AInside, and explain the allocation of responsibility between BIDGO, buyers, and sellers. By creating an account or using marketplace workflows, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and any checkout or dispute disclosures shown in the product flow.
BIDGO operates a technology marketplace that lets users publish listings, communicate, arrange local delivery or pickup, accept PayPal-based checkout, and manage disputes and payout release. BIDGO does not manufacture, inspect, store, own, or take title to user-listed goods, and BIDGO is not a courier or insurer for items offered by sellers.
You must provide accurate registration information, complete requested verification checks honestly, maintain control of your account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful marketplace activity. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including listings, messages, payment instructions, payout onboarding steps, and delivery coordination.
Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, authenticity, safety, condition, and accuracy of listed goods, including all photos, descriptions, pricing, and statements made before or after checkout. Sellers must not publish prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, recalled, misleading, or rights-infringing items, and they must remain able to fulfill delivery or pickup obligations after a sale.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details carefully, asking questions when needed, complying with pickup or delivery instructions, and using the dispute process within the required window if an issue arises. Buyers are also responsible for ensuring that their delivery destination, contact details, and confirmation actions are accurate and timely.
BIDGO facilitates PayPal-based payment collection for marketplace transactions, may hold funds while delivery or pickup is confirmed, may deduct a disclosed 10% platform fee plus delivery costs where applicable, and may instruct payout release to the seller once platform conditions are satisfied. If a transaction enters dispute, payout release, cancellation, and delivery confirmation remain frozen until BIDGO administrators resolve the case. These workflows do not transfer ownership, custody, inspection duties, or product responsibility to BIDGO. Final outcomes may depend on the evidence available, platform rules, payment-processor constraints, and any mandatory consumer protection law that applies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIDGO is not liable for damages, losses, indirect harm, lost profits, delivery incidents, missed meetups, listing inaccuracies, product defects, counterfeit goods, third-party misconduct, or payment and payout delays caused by external processors or compliance reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
The platform, listing data, communication tools, and transaction workflows are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. BIDGO does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful completion of any transaction, the quality or legality of any item, or the conduct of any buyer, seller, courier, or third-party provider.
BIDGO may remove listings, restrict marketplace activity, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence for review when we detect suspected fraud, counterfeit goods, unsafe conduct, repeated disputes, or violations of platform rules. These actions may be taken with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable to the contracting AInside entity operating BIDGO for the user jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply. BIDGO may centralize dispute administration, payout controls, and platform enforcement from a single operations function even where sellers and buyers are located in different regions.
These Terms and Conditions work together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, dispute rules, accessibility commitments, and any specific checkout disclosures shown on the platform. Where a mandatory law applies, that law controls over any conflicting platform term to the extent required.
