Everything you need to know about buying and selling on BIDGO.
- How does BIDGO protect my purchase?
- BIDGO uses an escrow-like payment system. When you buy, your payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed. The seller only receives funds after you verify receipt.
- What is the platform fee?
- BIDGO charges a 10% platform fee during checkout. The 10% fee is shown in the payment breakdown before the buyer completes payment.
- How long do listings last?
- All listings are active for a maximum of 7 days. You will be notified before expiration and can relist if the item has not sold.
- How do I become a verified seller?
- To sell on BIDGO you must: 1) Verify your email & phone, 2) Complete identity verification (ID/passport upload). You can publish after that. 3) Connect a PayPal payout account before accepting a buyer offer.
- What delivery options are available?
- Sellers can offer Pickup (in-person meetup), Courier (taxi/Wolt-style delivery), or Shipping. The buyer selects their preferred method at checkout.
- How do I confirm delivery?
- After receiving your item, go to your dashboard and click "Confirm Delivery." This releases payment to the seller. If you do not confirm within 48 hours, the system will auto-confirm.
- What if I receive a defective item?
- Open a dispute from your dashboard within 48 hours of delivery. Upload photo evidence and describe the issue. Our team reviews disputes within 3–5 business days.
- Can I communicate with the seller before paying?
- For safety, direct messaging is only available after payment is secured. This prevents contact-info sharing and off-platform transactions.
- How do I report a counterfeit listing?
- Click the "Report" button on any product page, select the reason, and provide proof. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours. Confirmed violations lead to listing removal and potential seller suspension.
- What happens if my account is flagged?
- BIDGO monitors cancellation rates, dispute frequency, and trust scores. Accounts with repeated violations may be flagged or suspended. You can appeal by contacting support.
