This Privacy Policy explains what personal data BIDGO collects, why we use it, and how it supports account security, marketplace transactions, payout onboarding, delivery coordination, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
BIDGO may collect registration data, contact information, identity verification status, payout onboarding status, profile content, listing content, transaction history, delivery details, dispute evidence, device or session data, risk signals, and communications sent through platform tools.
We use personal data to create accounts, authenticate users, operate listings and payments, verify sellers, reduce fraud, support dispute handling, coordinate delivery, process payout onboarding and release, comply with law, and improve the reliability and accessibility of marketplace workflows.
BIDGO may use identity verification partners, payment processors, payout partners, courier services, mapping providers, or communication providers to complete marketplace functions. We may also evaluate trust, disputes, cancellation behavior, suspicious activity, duplicate-account indicators, transaction velocity, and payout restrictions to protect the platform and its users. Where sanctions or regulatory screening is required by a partner or law, BIDGO may share the minimum necessary information with that provider or authority.
We share only the data reasonably required with service providers, payment partners, payout providers, verification providers, delivery providers, analytics or fraud-prevention providers, or authorities where needed to complete transactions, investigate abuse, respond to legal obligations, or enforce platform rules.
BIDGO retains account, transaction, consent, dispute, and audit information for as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve claims, meet regulatory obligations, and defend against fraud or legal risk. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal data. Some data may need to be retained despite a request where it is required for legal, security, payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
BIDGO applies technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of personal data, including session controls, audit logging, and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for protecting their devices and account credentials.
